IJN Medical Symposium 2016- The Westin, Dhaka on 12th March 2016

Dhaka, 12 March 2016: Institute Jantung Negara (IJN) or Malaysia National Heart Institute together with Northern International Medical College & Hospital (NIMCH) as co-organizer is organizing its 1st IJN Medical Symposium 2016 at The Westin Hotel on 12th March 2016. It is a one-day symposium with a few important topics from IJN speakers led by IJN’s CEO, Head of Pediatric and Congenital Heart Centre (PCHC) and other consultants with their specialties.
The symposium will host more than 150 distinguished doctors in Bangladesh, including General Practitioners, Cardiologists, surgeons and etc. Welcoming address by Prof. Dr. Yusouf Abdullah-Chairman of Northern International Medical College & Hospital (NIMCH) and keynote address by Dato’ Dr. Mohd Azhari Yakub CEO of IJN. This symposium has been officiated by Prof. M Iqbal Arslan, Secretary General of Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) as Chief guest and Prof. Dr. Abu Azam, Director of National Institute of Cardiovascular Bangladesh as a Guest of Honour.
This symposium also been supported by Malaysia High Commissioner in Bangladesh, Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) and Malaysia Tourism Executive (MATEX).
“We are very excited to organize IJN 1st Medical Symposium in Bangladesh and IJN may offer greater aid to our partners here as well as continuous medical education for the doctors and hospital’s medical personnel,” said Dr. Azhari, CEO of IJN. “We look forward to bringing together the doctors for a substantive discussion during the symposium of the newest and latest treatments for cardiovascular diseases”, he added.
